Can't Create Challenges

I have attempted to create challenges multiple times now. The app seems to freeze once I hit the finish button. I am using a iPhone/iwatch. Are private challenges or any other custom event actually working?

I have an iPhone 6S ios 10.2. Not sure what version of Inkin I was on when it was working (minus :creating challenges) but it was a few days ago however the most recent current version does not work at all for any function including login. This was updated on my device after I attempted to uninstall and reinstall to fix previous issues (I have tried multiple times with same result). Sadly it only made things worse. You app seems like it has so much potential I hope you can get it working soon. Thanks let me know if you need more info.

In an attempt to resolve this issue I uninstalled this app and reinstalled (Iphone). Unfortunately after the reinstall it must have been updated to a newer version. This version no longer works at all for any function. I attempt to log in and and it freezes up every time as i begin entering my login info. I reattempted the reinstall a few times with the same result. Please look into this. Thank you.

On my iPhone 6s and the mobile app it seems to allow me to start the creation but once click the finalize button it just spins endlessly. I have tried 20-30 times same result and several times from another phone as well. However when I log in on my desktop computer they work fine and upload to my phone. We have the most recent update. The app also seems to not be updating as frequently as it should (1 hr). Lastly the input for the app seems to be buggy as in the touch sensivity and freezing up. I really like the idea of this app and hope you can resolve these issues. If you want further detail send me a number to call and I will call. Thanks.
