Employees not being able to "join" a competition from their phone

I've gone 'round & 'round as the "admin" of my company's group trying to invite employees from our Group into a competition. I go to invite them, click on their name/circle/profile pic and it shows a check mark, then hit send and it tells me they have been sent an invitation. When the employees (sometimes standing right in front of me on their phones) receive the invite and then click to accept/join I can see their name being "unchecked" on the invite screen but not being moved into the competition. A few of them have used my desk top and logged into their profiles to go thru the same process and it has fixed the issue but I can't have everyone employee sitting at my desk all day! Are there certain types of phones that just aren't as compatible?

Is that a Group or a private competition?

If that's a Group, then please note that the Group feature is not supported on the app.

Did you get this issue resolved? I’m having the same problem....I created a group page and am trying to invite people to the group page and then inviting them to the challenge....

They are not getting the invites for the group page or the challenge..
