Linked Challenges
By Peter Hodgkinson 1 year ago
The ability to setup a challenge made out of multiple challenges in a specific order.

So, for example, complete N steps over M days, then burn Y calories over X days.

Taking an idea from the Great Wall of China challenge, this could be abused so that the great wall challenge was made up of multiple distance challenges tracking which town you had got to along the wall or which key sight you had made it to.

I'm sure others will come up with better ways to use linked challenges

Yep! But don't limit it to just three things. Then we can have all sorts of crazy things! *evil grin*

Just realised - where I referred to "challenges" I meant "contests" as challenges are a sub type of contest. Sorry!

To make absolutely clear, I was referring the top level of contest but used the wrong word.

New idea - edit post button.

Feel guilty enough to add for anyone that reads this and doesn't know - adding edit and delete posts are a LOT more work than just that one line of code.

You cook to make new features on this website? :-O
All my life I've been typing out things like UPDATE posts SET message="I meant to type this" WHERE PostId=56

Teach me your ways!!!! (especially if cookies can be baked at the same time!)
