About inKin

inKin, which was created in October 2014, is positioned as a global social community of healthy and happy people. A private alpha version of the platform was launched in February 2015, shortly followed by an open beta version in July 2015.

Since then, inKin’s mission has been to motivate and inspire users to start on a journey towards a healthier and happier life  - all the while, socialising with friends and family. Soon users will also be able to enjoy benefits such as prizes, discounts and deals as they increase their daily step count.
The social fitness platform connects friends, family and co-workers with different activity trackers and fitness app and currently supports Fitbit, Jawbone, Misfit, Withings, iHealth and The Moves app, with a further 25 trackers and apps to be integrated by the end of 2016.

Users can also create sub-profiles for children and senior family members to ensure the entire family stays happy and healthy. As an added value to users, the platform will join together fitness and health professionals such as nutritionists, fitness trainers and medical experts with customers, so they can access services and information quickly and efficiently.
