The market leader, Fitbit, have surprised their fans twice for the past 6 months by introducing firstly Blaze and now - Alta. The Fitbit Alta has all standard features, probably, any consumer is now familiar with. It also has an OLED display and smart notifications. The exciting news is an idle control, meaning that Alta will be encouraging you to move and make at least 250 steps an hour. The beautifully designed wearable can also recognise various activities - from 'basic' walking, running, outdoor biking to dancing, boxing, tennis, basketball and soccer. Unfortunately, Fitbit Alta is still only water resistant. It can be pre-ordered at $129.95.
