The Polar Balance is a smart scale, providing a holistic weight management tool. Users first set goals and are then coached by the Flow app in how to get there. The scales can also synch with other Polar devices, such as trackers, integrating the two together. The Flow app tracks weight over time, while other trackers will then adapt accordingly, adjusting activity goals to fit weight management goals. It also calculates body mass index and other weight trend information.
